We will begin weekend only summer operations on July 7th and will continue until September 2nd.
Season Passes are available for purchase at several locations at the resort:
- Season Pass Office - Village Plaza. Closed until June 20th, for immediate assistance please call 1-800-842-8062 or visit the front desk at The Lodge.
- Timber Creek Ticket Office. Closed for the season.
- High Alpine Adventure Center (Opposite the General Store), Closed for the season.

College Passes
We offer the Kirkwood Pass and Tahoe Value Pass at discounted college rates. All new college pass holders will be required to visit a Heavenly Mountain Resort, Northstar or Kirkwood season pass office (College Tahoe Local Pass) or Kirkwood season pass office (College Kirkwood Pass) this fall after September 6, 2012 with a college photo ID and copy of a current transcript with 12 or more credits. ALL SEASON PASS SALES ARE FINAL. Season Passes are NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE, and MAY NOT BE RESOLD. If you cannot use your pass due to lack of snow, medical reasons (injury or illness), pregnancy, divorce, moving away or any other reason, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A CREDIT OR REFUND, EVEN IF THE PASS IS NEVER PICKED UP OR USED. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
Season Pass Insurance is available to protect your investment in a season pass. The plan covers the cost of your investment if you need to cancel your season pass for covered incidents that occur prior to the start of the ski season or the plan covers the pro-rated value if you are no longer able to use the season pass due to covered incidents that occur during the ski season. If insurance is purchased within 14 days of initial trip payment, the pre-existing Medical Conditions Exclusion will be waived. You must be medically able to travel when you pay your plan cost.
Purchaser has 30 days or until the beginning of the ski season, whichever comes later, to purchase insurance coverage after the pass purchase has been completed.
