Payment and Cancellation Policies
Group lift ticket orders and payment must be received at least 48 hours prior to the ticket start date. Orders and payments received less than two days in advance will forfeit applicable discounts and complimentary tickets. Retail lift ticket rates will apply for late orders or groups that fall below the 20 person minimum. Payment must be made with one form of payment, payable to Kirkwood Mountain Resort. Separate payments made by individual members of the group will not be accepted. Note - some payment and cancellation policies vary depending on other package components, such as lodging, transportation or special skier service requirements.
