Expedition: Kirkwood’s unique offerings include avalanche certification courses, women's speficic programs, beacon training, powder cat tours, private guides and specialty ski clinics & board clinics and progressions sessons. Our Junior Expedition Team (JETS) nurtures shredders in the making. Lead by some of the best coaches in the Lake Tahoe Basin – these kids rip!

Expedition: Kirkwood Outfitters is located across from the Village Plaza, next door to Bub's. You can sign up for any of our EK programs, courses or clinics here as well as rent touring and backcountry gear. EK Outfitters is also a high end retail store where you'll find great technical wear and backcountry accessories from Burton, Marmot, K2 & BCA.
