March 23rd - Race and Dinner Auction $125 per adult/ $75 per child
Two qualifying runs in the morning, two more runs in the afternoon after teams are formed.
Auction/Dinner (adults only): Starts with cocktails at 5pm, dinner at 6pm and includes open bar, dinner and auction entry. Kids will enjoy pizza and movie night after team awards.

6:30-8:00 p.m. Registration in Kirkwood Mountain Real Estate (Fish bowl)
All racers need to sign in, pick up bibs, swag bag, sign waivers and confirm payment. All sponsors must also sign in on Friday night or Saturday morning.
Saturday, March 23th , 2013
7:30–9:00 a.m. Registration in Kirkwood Mountain Real Estate (Fish bowl)
All racers need to sign in, pick up bibs, swag bag, sign waivers and confirm payment. All sponsors must also sign in on Friday night or Saturday morning.
9:00–10:00 a.m. Course Inspection and Free Ski warm-up.
10:00-11:00 a.m. Time Trial Handicap Race; one run on single course. Racers will be required to clock in one run for teams.
11:30-12:30 Join us for hot dogs and announcement of teams in the finish area
12:00-2:00 p.m. Team event. Dual Slalom on Short Spoke. All racers are required to clock in two runs; one on Red course and one on Blue course.
3:00 p.m. H2H Individual and Team awards presentation on the Plaza.
5:30-10:00 p.m. Kids Pizza Party at Red Cliffs (drop off starting at 5:15)
Cocktail hour at “Off The Wall” Bar. Dinner at “Off The Wall”, Silent and Live Auction
