It is the 98mm lasted Bodacious and this boot is made by none other than Tecnica! Straight from the guru himself (R.I.P Arne) this boot lives up to the name and my friends it does ski very well.
This lightweight boot is built for the steeps & side country of Kirkwood where performance is critical but the boot is lightweight enough for some side country exploration...
This season I was hiking in the Inferno 130 and loved it. The perfect combination I thought, A bit heavy but still able to get the job done, Now just reduce the weight a bit, keep the tight heel cup add a neoprene toe box & interchangeable soles, either tech or DIN compatible, a 98mm last and shock absorbing zeppa and you have a boot made for the Kirkwood in you….
